Certification of goods origin
By the Decree No. 1306 dd. 10. 10. 2007 of certain questions of determination of country of origin the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus has defined, that the goods origin from the Republic of Belarus is certified by the certificate, issued by Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and its branches.
Certificates of goods origin are presented in official state bodies of importer countries, with which the Republic of Belarus has an agreement for most – favoured – nation conditions, in order for Belarusian goods purchasers to receive preferences, i. e., economic regime benefits.
Depending on a state, in which Belarusian goods are exported, the certificates can be drawn up:
* according to form "CT-1" for the goods export in the CIS countries;
* according to form "A", for the goods export in EU countries, USA, Canada, Japan, Turkey and Switzerland;
* according to form "Textile production", for the goods export in EU countries;
* according to form "ASB.1", for the goods export in Serbia;
* according to the form, established by Mexico;
* certificate of general form for the goods export in the countries, not specified above.
Certification of works and services of domestic manufacture
Specialists of Brest Branch of Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry issue certificates of works and services of domestic manufacture in accordance with Decree of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dd. December 17, 2001 No. N1817 of approval of the regulation of the goods (works, services) rating as
the goods (works, services) of domestic manufacture and regulation of issuing procedure for the certificates of the services of domestic manufacture for the banks, non-bank credit and financial organizations and insurance companies, approved by Decree of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No 1520 dd. 20.10.2010.
Certificate confirm the execution by a producer of the conditions and criteria, put forth to the works and services of domestic manufacture and are drawn up on the applications of legal persons, individual entrepreneurs, including commercial organizations with foreign investments and FEZ residents, participating in tenders, auction, bids; receipt of customs and fiscal preferences, favourable terms of currency earnings sales etc.
Certification of goods of domestic manufacture
Specialists of Brest Branch of Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry issue certificates of goods of domestic manufacture in accordance with Decree of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dd. December 17, 2001 No. N1817 of affirmation of the regulation of the goods (works, services) rating as the goods (works, services) of domestic manufacture and regulation of issuing procedure for the certificates of the services of domestic manufacture for the banks, non-bank credit and financial organizations and insurance companies, approved by the Decree of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No 1520 dd. 20.10.2010.
Given certificates confirm execution by a producer of the conditions and criteria, put forth to the production of domestic manufacture, and are drawn up on the applications of legal persons, individual entrepreneurs, including commercial organizations with foreign investments and FEZ residents, participating in tenders, auction, bids etc.
IMPORTANT!
Please notice that in October 2010 has been approved the regulation of the issuing procedure of the certificate for the goods (works, services) of domestic manufacture and regulation of issuing procedure for the certificates for the services of domestic manufacture for the banks, non-bank credit and financial organizations and insurance companies, approved by the Decree of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No 1520 dd. 20.10.2010.
As to article 11 of these regulation the certificate for the goods (works, services) of domestic manufacture is effective from the date of signature (drawing up)of certificate of appraisal.
